Return & Refund Policy

At BRAVE BARISTA COFFEE CO., we offer many unique flavors and roasting profiles, and realize that investing in a full-sized bag may be a hard purchase. To assist, we do offer our ‘Sample Packs’ where you get all of our 2oz flavor profiles to find the ones you love!

Returned coffee is a perishable item, and likewise, we do not offer returns or exchanges on coffee products. If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consumer, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value). 

Unworn apparel and unused coffee gear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days or purchase, provided that all items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note, any shipping fees will not be refunded.
